Telephone challenges

Whole person care, at the heart of the community, with the community at heart- Working together to provide whole person care that is constantly improving.

We are a NHS Practice, providing comprehensive general medical care for all the family. Our job is to help you stay well and to help you on the road to recovery when you are not well.

We believe in whole person care.  We believe in 3 important things in life - body, mind and community.  We strive to offer you the highest quality of medical care available on the NHS, integrated into the local community. This GP service is provided by 3Well Medical.

Car Parking:  The Practice has a large shared car park at the front, with designated disabled parking near to the entrance.  Parking for up to 90 minutes is free.

Cycle racks:  These are also provided near the front of the building.

Disabled Access: There is good disabled access throughout the building.  All the GP consulting rooms are on the ground floor.  Administrative offices are accessible by lift on to the other floors.

Automatic doors are activated by push plates, making pram or wheelchair access to the building easy. A section of the reception desk is at wheelchair height.

A hearing loop system is available to assist patients with hearing difficulties.

Are you a carer? Or do you need/have a carer? If yes, please let our receptionist know. You may also wish to inquire if the surgery has any support services for your to make use of.
