Due to recent guidance in relation to minimising the spread of Coronavirus we will be changing the way our appointment system operates.
With effect from Monday 16th March we will be consulting via telephone. This will help us prevent the further spread of Coronavirus, limiting the impact on the community and our most vulnerable patients.
If you have already booked an appointment, this will be converted into a telephone consultation. If the clinicians feels you need to be assessed face to face, arrangements will be made to do so.
Your appointment will be cancelled. We are trying to avoid seeing patients for routine appointments where necessary, to reduce the impact of Coronavirus.
If you are required to self-isolate you do not require a fit-note. The practice will be unable to provide a fit note for your self-isolation but:
For the first seven calendar days you can get self-certificate (found on the government web site if you google "self-certificate.gov" and download the "Employee's statement of sickness (SC2)" , which you can complete to give to your employer

Car Parking: The Practice has a large shared car park at the front, with designated disabled parking near to the entrance. Parking for up to 90 minutes is free.
Cycle racks: These are also provided near the front of the building.
Disabled Access: There is good disabled access throughout the building. All the GP consulting rooms are on the ground floor. Administrative offices are accessible by lift on to the other floors.
Automatic doors are activated by push plates, making pram or wheelchair access to the building easy. A section of the reception desk is at wheelchair height.
A hearing loop system is available to assist patients with hearing difficulties.
Are you a carer? Or do you need/have a carer? If yes, please let our receptionist know. You may also wish to inquire if the surgery has any support services for your to make use of.
