NHS England has introduced a requirement for all GP practices to offer the opportunity for you to provide feedback about the care experience that you have at your practice.
We welcome this opportunity as it allows us to better understand what you think about our service and to let us know what we do well and where you would like us to make changes.
Why is it called the "Friends and Family Test"?
We want to continually improve all aspects of our service. If you are happy to recommend the practice to your friends and family, that's a measure of your confidence in the practice. We'll be working to try to deliver a service which all our patients would be "Extremely Likely" to recommend.
What will you do with our comments?
We'll be giving serious consideration to all of the comments that patients leave. Many of your ideas will form the basis of improvements we'll make.
What will the NHS do with your "Friends and Family Test" (FFT) results?
The practice will provide monthly feedback to NHS England on the FFT results. These will be published on the NHS Choices website.
