Comments... Good and not so good

We strive as a practice to provide the best services and care that we can.  It's always encouraging to us when patients express their thanks and appreciation.

There may be times when you feel your experience at Botolph Bridge Surgery could have been better. We want to hear your comments.  It may be that we were unable to provide what you wanted due to national or local NHS policy.  Or, it maybe that we didn't do the best that we are capable of.  Either way, your comments will allow us to explain and learn from what you experienced. Either way, we welcome your comments - they help us to continue developing a better and more responsive service.

You can feedback your comments - good or bad - by phone or in a letter.

You can ask one of our receptionists for a copy of our complaints policy and a complaint form.  You can also ask to speak to the Practice Manager if you wish.
